Mr. Vikas Gupta is a big frod and cheat , we booked a birthday function for our son and he has runied the entire party... He visited us and told us that he is doing all this work from last 10 years and have reviews on surekha, urban clap, just dial. He made big promises and we booked him for entire party. Our complete party was based on him.. each and everything and he cheated in all.. Details below - we booked theme party with 1200 balloons , cutouts, jangle safari theme, with bithrtday caps, mask , goodddi bag... He deleivered 600 balloons , no theme no cutout, no jangle safari etc , gooddii bag with no goods... ballon quality was cheap, no party balloon, all balloons were stuck with normal tape our all plaster was destroyed... He was not even aware how to put ballon.. We booked all party jangle theme and all furniture, baloon was supposed to be Green and Yellow. All color was changed and he was making excuses all time.
