Mr. Vikas Gupta is a big frod and cheat , we booked a birthday function for our son and he has runied the entire party... 

He visited us and told us that he is doing all this work from last 10 years and have reviews on surekha, urban clap, just dial. He made big promises and we booked him for entire party. Our complete party was based on him.. each and everything and he cheated in all.. 

Details below - we booked theme party with 1200 balloons , cutouts, jangle safari theme, with bithrtday caps, mask , goodddi bag...  

He deleivered 600 balloons , no theme no cutout, no jangle safari etc , gooddii bag with no goods... ballon quality was cheap, no party balloon, all balloons were stuck with normal tape our all plaster was destroyed... He was not even aware how to put ballon..

We booked all party jangle theme and all furniture, baloon was supposed to be Green and Yellow. All color was changed and he was making excuses all time. We had a huge fight with him at 3 pm before event for the theme , cutout and balloons... He was not apologetic at all.. he was just making excuse telling lies and our mood for the party wwas off before party starts.... 

Cake - 15 kg cake... Cake was good looking but quality was bad if was just stuffed with bread.. i paid 600 per kg but quality was just 300 per kg... He made big money in that and we suffered..Above all the spelling in the cake was wrong... 

Magic show, ancor, tattoo maker.... All these people we're supposed to come at 6pm they reached around 8.15-8.30 and in 30 mins all left the party... they all were just came for attendence... They were not part of the party.. it seemed they were joined our time for 30-40 mins only ... All all were arrogant... He told they will engage children etc.. but that was just for the sake of joining..

There was no birthday boy caps... Imagine a party without birthday boy caps.... 

He told there will be gooddie bag.. gooddie ballon.. with lot of stuff.. theme based bday caps, theme based child masks.. and he charged for all... There was nothing... All fake... He is such a lier and he do not have any shame... Vikas gupta is a big frod...

From the morning he was saying all lie... We had discussion day before yesterday.. he told all cook will come to your place and make food.. in morning I had a discussion with him , he told that cook will come by 11 am... But there was no body till 12 pm.. I called him.. he again told lie.. there is rain , cook can not come and he told cook is being prepared at his kitchen..Which do not exists...I told him if there is any problem pls let me know.. I have my guest from distance places and they will reach by 6pm.. and he told pls trusts me everything will be there...

Nightmare started for us at 6 pm.. guests started coming ...

All big blunder started.... Food was supposed to serve at 6 pm there was no food at the venue till 7 pm...And vikas gupta was not there.... I called him.... And he started saying all lies... First he said food van was caught by police and I am just 3 km away from the venue with the food van, 

We had lost trust in him since mornjng...and I take car and thought to search him...and found him just outside the society gate and I picked him and ask. He lied again that it is just 3 km away and I asked him to come with me and let us check. We went till Noida char murti around 15 km from our place there was no food van-- no police... He was blant lie.

I was very frustated by the time and start shouting on him but he was again telling lie and lie again.i tried to order food from some place..But he stopped me.. He told me that he is going to pack some food and coming in 10 mins....I went in party guest were waiting....

After 15-20 mins..

He was not picking calls , he was no where. I went again to check him outside gate.. he was not there not picking calls..

After 30 mins around 8.15 PM he  called food is coming in just 120 secs.  But again next 10 mins nothing happen. He called me and call me society gate. He again fooled me and saying it is just 7 mins away. It took another 30 mins to receive food. Food reached 9 pm.. while it was supposed to reach at 6 PM. 

He was just making lies...... Fir bola map galalt hai... Fir bola 2 min me AA raha hai... Fir bola main bikaner se pack Kara ke laa raha hu, fir bola 5 min ... 8.30 Tak isski gadi aai... Usske Baad 9.15 baje snacks chalu hue....  Child's were crying... Bade sab pareshan ho rahe .. all guest we're from 100 km to 300 km distance and reached venue at 6.30 till 9 there was no food... He was having no shame , he was no sorry because all he did was intentional ... All party ruined ... 

What he did is he ordered food from some other events and asked them to deleiver... 

I was thinking that all thing finished and it was a big blunder but thought at last food come and people will atleast eat something and go....

Now there was time for shock.. we ordered all food without onion garlic... We are jains and 80% people do not eat onion garlic... All food was with garlic.. people take food and not eat.. 80% people went without eating food.... See what was going in my mind ... He had no shame even them... Trying to say weired excuses , initially rejected there is no onion , garlic.. but when all told ...he was ki masale me garlic hai koi garlic nahi hai sothing like that...

Our relatives went and check with him about garlic , onion.. he was shameless and told them we ordered garlic food...

He made my son birthday which I want to remember for life as worst day of my life

In a way he murdered my social reputation for the lifetime. It was the first event I called all my relatives... I was behind him in all the party shouting on him, tracking him... could not meet any guests etc... 

I do not want him to leave like this..... he should be punished for the maximum...........

He is such a frod , lier , cheater that to make extra bucks he is playing with the people dream... He is cold murderer... He is murdering people without shame..

I want his all registration should be  canceled , he should disallowed to the this business and a compensation of minimum rs. 10 lac penality for all the damage he has done..............

I have already registered Complaint in the  govt consumer forum...............  consumerhelpline.gov.in and waiting for the revert.......... after revert will update here.... 

I am also seeking legal assistance against him from lawyers. I will file a legal case against him and seek compensation for his frod.
